Moustafa Hamdi — Founder & Group CEO
Moustafa Hamdi founded MOU International Group and leads it as Group CEO. He founded the Group’s ventures and sets the direction of its solutions work across transformation, technology and growth.
He is the author of Modern Marketing Systems (MOS).
His personal work on the MOU Framework is published separately on his own website.

Accountability
Every venture and every engagement has a clearly named person who is accountable for its results.
Decision rights
Approvals are assigned by role. The Group is formalising them in a written approval and accountability framework.
Evidence
Public statements about the Group, its ventures and its results are verified before publication.

Ventures keep their own identities. Where a venture is operated by a separate company or with partners, this is stated on its page.
