Verify a Certificate

Confirm that a certificate issued through the Group is genuine and current.

Purpose

This page allows certificate holders, employers and institutions to confirm a certificate issued by MOU International Group or by Moucademy — Tech Training.

The result is read directly from the Group's certificate register at the time of the lookup.

How to verify

  • Enter the reference

    Type the reference exactly as printed on the certificate, then select Verify.

  • Scan the QR code

    Scan the code on the certificate. This page opens with the reference filled in and shows the result.

Verify

Accepted reference formats

  • MOUIG-XXXX-XXXX

    The standard reference: "MOUIG-" followed by two groups of four characters.

  • Legacy reference

    The certificate number printed on a certificate that does not carry a MOUIG- reference.

The reference is not case-sensitive. Spaces are ignored.

What the result shows

  • Holder name

    As printed on the certificate.

  • Programme

    The programme or course the certificate was issued for.

  • Issue date

    The date the certificate was issued.

  • Issuer

    MOU International Group, or Moucademy — Tech Training.

  • Status

    VALID, REVOKED or EXPIRED.

No other information about the holder is shown.

Status meanings

  • VALID

    The certificate was issued by the stated issuer and is current.

  • REVOKED

    The certificate was issued and has since been withdrawn by the issuer. It is no longer valid.

  • EXPIRED

    The certificate was issued by the stated issuer. Its validity period has ended.

  • NOT FOUND

    No certificate in the register matches this reference. Check the reference exactly as printed and try again. If the result does not change, contact info@mouig.com.

Certificates issued before 12 April 2024 are confirmed by email, not on this page.

Holders or employers should email info@mouig.com with a copy of the certificate. The Group replies with a written confirmation.

Privacy

The result shows only the minimum data needed to confirm a certificate. Lookups are rate-limited to protect certificate holders. Each lookup is logged with the IP address in hashed form.
