HR is now expected to do far more than payroll and leave
Leadership asks different questions today. Why are our best people leaving? What does an empty role cost us? Are our contracts and policies legally sound? Those who answer with data get consulted; those who answer with impressions stay administrative. This diploma is built to move you from the second group to the first.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need prior HR experience?
No. The programme starts from strategic foundations, and the practical work scales to the group.
Do I need advanced Excel or coding?
No coding. Basic Excel is enough; Power BI is taught from scratch.
What do I need to attend?
A laptop with Excel and Power BI Desktop, plus a stable connection and camera for online sessions.
Is it suitable if I work outside Jordan?
Yes. The programme is international and the live online cohort is open to any country. The labour-law module teaches shared principles, and each participant applies them to their own country's law.
What if I miss a session?
All sessions are recorded. Every participant, in person or online, can watch the recordings for one month after the diploma ends.
What is the refund policy?
You can withdraw and receive a full refund up to 14 days before the start date. From 13 to 7 days before the start, 50% of the fee is refunded. In the last 7 days before the start, or once the diploma has started, the fee is not refunded, but the seat can be moved once to a later cohort or to another person if you tell us in writing. If we cancel or postpone the cohort, the fee is refunded in full or moved to the next cohort, as the participant chooses. Send withdrawal requests to info@mouig.com. This does not affect any legal right you have to cancel.
